This building has a laundry room in its basement. Dedicated parking may be available for an additional fee on a lot next to the building (please ask what spaces are available).

You may not need a car to live here, though! The location is within walking distance of Cortex and IKEA. The apartment is convenient to all the amenities of a great urban center. Across the street is a major supermarket. Dining, coffee houses, and two first-run movie theaters are within easy walking or biking distance. Public transit is right outside the front door, with direct connection to Metrolink.

This is a bicycle-friendly apartment building. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or anywhere on the premises.

Please note that there is an additional fee of $9.50 per month for "Tenant Liability Insurance." Such insurance covers accidental damages to the apartment and the building, but not to personal possessions.
