Hello, I am currently seeking 3 roommates to share my home. I will continue to live in room #1 and rent out rooms 2, 3, and 4. My home is in North Charlotte conveniently located near The new Studio movie grill theater, university area, Hunterville’s Walmart, Northlake mall, bus lines to the blue linx light rail and much more. I’m a working man that requires a laid back atmosphere throughout the week and like to have fun on my days off.. There will be house rules that everyone must follow in order to keep things in order. I don’t like a lot of traffic in my home. I keep to myself and don’t like to disturb my neighbors. My home is a non smoking home however you can smoke in the backyard. Candidates must fill out a pre screen questionnaire, leasing agreement, (month to month) have current photo ID, proof of income, and 2 previous landlord contact..
