The apartment complex has a pool, fitness center, and clubhouse, as well as mailboxes for each apartment. The complex is within walking distance of the UNCC campus, but also has a free UNCC shuttle and is close to the city bus line.

Rent price may vary but usually isn't higher than $670-690 and starts from April/May to October, but can be renewed for Fall 2022. Security deposit is required.
