I'm a 25 year old male who owns a fairly new 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Durham, NC. I'm Looking for a roommate to stay in one of the spare bedrooms, and you would get your own bathroom. The room is unfurnished, so you would have to bring your own bed, etc.
The rent includes all utilities and internet. So you would just have one all inclusive payment per month.
The house is 15 min from Raleigh, downtown Durham, and 20 min from Chapel Hill.
I currently work from home full time, but I like to be out and about during the day and the weekends. I also love to cook, and play soccer.
I am looking for a male roommate who is a student or young professional. I may also be getting a dog in the near future, so looking for someone who can tolerate pets.
Applicants are required to authorize a $45 credit and background check, get renter's insurance, and pay a $500 security deposit.
