Rent is $1,500 plus (+utilities=>water, energy, internet) plus $1,500 deposit.

My apartment is a nice, spacious, with lots of light, fully-furnished 1bedroom-1 bathroom apartment. Also, living room and dining room. Full kitchen. Fast internet but no cable. No washer/drier in the unit but laundromat is nearby. The apartment is located in a very nice neighborhood, 3 minutes drive from Duke University-East Campus. Supermarket, convenient store, cafes and restaurants are nearby. Duke Park is in a walking distance. Downtown Durham is less than 10 minutes driving and RTP, SouthPoint Mall about 15 min.
