About Fall semester apartment rental available
This is a beautiful off campus, three bedroom apartment (male roomates) next to Duke. There is a shuttle service available, and the apartment is fully furnished. The lease is for the C unit, one of 3 bedrooms in the apartment. My son is unable to be at Duke for the semester and can sublet this apartment at a discount. The rent is $1400. per month; I will sublet for $1000. per month. Rental begins August 17th, 2022.
