Homes are placed on market cosmetically as is. Prospects are strongly encouraged to view the property in person. Cresfund Property Management is not responsible for sight unseen accepted properties. All applicants are assumed to have viewed the property.

Application fee is $35. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Applicant is not approved until all information is submitted and notified of approval by Cresfund Screening Team. $25 admin fee upon move in per adult.

Pet Policy: Pets are permitted with a 25 lb. maximum weight limit. No aggressive breeds are allowed. For each pet there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee & $25 monthly pet rent. Current vet records showing dogs age, weight, and breed along with photos will need to be provided.
