Hi all, I am a junior looking for one roommate to split a fully furnished house (June 3rd, 2021- May 31st, 2022) I am currently renting (your bedroom only would need furnished). The rent is $725 each not including utilities or internet which we would split. The location can not be beaten as it is a 3-minute walk to Franklin St.(Two blocks back) and about a 7-10 minute walk to campus. It offers free parking and the neighbors are incredibly friendly (all students). It is a two-bedroom, one bathroom, including a full kitchen, yard, living room, and a small dining area. I am pretty laid back and focused on school but still enjoy having fun, with interest in almost all categories, although music, surfing, and sports are my favorite. My only request is that we keep the house clean, unfortunately, pets are not allowed by the house owner.
