Applications MUST include 2 full months bank statements, 2 weeks pay stubs, copy of your drivers license or photo ID, 2 years verifiable rental history or homeownership.
ALL ADULTS living in the home must submit an application.

IN ADDITION applicants must submit a pet screening application at https://nvapm.petscreening.com/.
Everyone must complete the screening process. This is not only for pet and animal owners but also for residents and applicants that DO NOT own a pet or animal.

Pet Application Fees:
No fee for non pet owners and service animals
$25.00 non refundable fee for first pet and $15.00 each additional pet

Pets subject to additional pet deposits and fees and/or pet rent with approval.
