Hello, I'm a graduating senior at UNR this fall semester and I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the Highlands because I won't be here in the spring! (Here's the apartment website https://www.livehighlands.com/). This is perfect for students coming to UNR for the winter and spring semesters who don't want to sign a whole year's lease. Also, while the Highlands is a primarily student-living, it does allow under 30 residents who are not students!

It's $599 per month + utilities. You would be taking over the lease from January 1st - July 31st, with the option to renew for another year. This is not a sublet, the Highland's leasing company lets a new tenant take over if the current tenant finds someone, so you won't have to deal with me in any way afterwards!

Some info about the unit:
- 4x2 unit, so you have your own private bedroom and a shared bathroom with 1 roommate, shared living room and kitchen. (Sqft given is whole apartment) Currently, 3 of the four units are occupied, and there's a high likelyhood of room D staying vacant bc the keys were turned into the office by my previous roommate and they're not actively trying to rent it. So you could be looking at only two roommates!
- 1st floor unit
- garden-style apartment. It's not like the hotel-style where you have to walk through a hallway to your unit, you can walk right up to your front door! Plus there's a patio.
- My room is room A, so it doesn't share a wall with the kitchen or living room.
- Roommates are clean, quiet, and friendly
- Fully furnished
- Lots of apartment amenities, clubhouse with gym, mailroom, pool
