One month's rent and security deposit are due on or before move-in. Water, Sewer, Trash, Oil are all paid by owner and reimbursed $65 monthly by tenants. Tenants put electricity in their name. Monthly admin fee $10. Monthly gross income needs to be at least 2.75x monthly rent.
