Rent includes utilities (Con Ed & Gas), cable and Wi-Fi. Elevator, laundry facilities in the building. Two blocks from the 1/2/3 subway line, and 10-15 walk to B/C.

Next to Riverside Park and the waterfront; conveniently located to grocery stores including a Trader Joe's, shops, and Central Park. Two blocks from health club. Nice neighbors. Interviewing by appointment. Looking for a fun, chill roommate, a good communicator, non-smoker, clean and respectful of the common areas. Looking for a long-term renter. Available starting March 15 (Move-in date is flexible).
