King sized loft bed has full size mattress. High ceiling, 11', and historic architectural detailing make for a unique living situation. Share living and dining rooms, bathroom, kitchen, outside garden space. You'll be sharing with artist-owner and a grad student. Owner is sometimes out of town on weekends, and currently working 5 days a week outside of the loft. Close to all transportation; B, D, F, 6, Z, J, N, R, W, Buses 103 and M15. Walkable to NYU campus, Parsons, New School, and a bus ride away to Pace. The J, Z, R, W trains gets you quickly and comfortably to the financial district.
