It's a doorman building with gym and children's play area on ground floor. There is also an inner courtyard.

The apartment faces north and overlooks the courtyard and is therefore quite quiet. has been painted white since the photos were taken. Residents' comments below:

- Love the building and the friendly staff.
- Great location especially during COVID times. Just exit the building and be in Riverside Park in seconds to go for a walk or run along the river.
- Love that they do a lot of filming around here. I saw Baby Mama being filmed years ago just a little down the street on Riverside Drive and got my picture with Tina Fey taken!
- Never knew in-unit washer/dryer is so desirable. During COVID times, I'm staying much safer not having to go to the common laundry area like other buildings.
