Looking for someone to take over the lease of my super bright, high ceilinged 1 bedroom apartment on the Crown Heights/PLG border
- Extremely spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment (700 sq ft in total) - would be perfect for a couple or for a person who wants space to stretch out during these WFH times. Bedroom could easily fit any size bed but I currently have in there a full bed, clothing rack, big desk + chair , full length mirror, and dresser with a ton of space to spare. Would be a great space for entertaining/hosting when that’s a thing again!
- Plenty of storage to keep everything tucked away with a whopping 3 closets in total: a ginormous, suburban house sized closet (fits six 60 qt sterilite boxes + 2 big suitcases and another shelf worth of things), a coat closet in the entryway, and a deep closet in the bedroom.?
- Great location: 5 mins to 2/5 at Sterling and 10 min to the 3 at Nostrand. 15 min walk to Prospect Park! A big grocery store (Associated Supermarket) down the block, less than a 5 min walk away, as well as multiple laundry places also within a block radius, including one that's open 24 hours.

- Great kitchen size with a [marble!] counter that seats two or three comfortably and looks out into the living room. Plus the most amount of cabinet space I’ve seen in NYC (I currently don’t even use more than a sixth of the cabinet space available) and a huge fridge (have never run out of space, even when I bought a ton of supplies for a BBQ). Gas stove (electric burners can get out, no thank you!) and a full size (not NYC sized) oven. There’s even space for there to be an additional countertop/butchers block island in there but I like having the extra space?
