What are you looking for in a tenant?
My office in NYC will be closed through June at the earliest and so I no longer have a need for the apartment. I'm going out to California and so I am extremely motivated to rent the apartment. The apartment will not be furnished.

What do you love about this place?
I've lived in this apartment building for close to 10 years and moved into this unit from a different unit in the building after waiting for it to become available for years.

The unit is a great price for a one bedroom. I'm currently paying $2,500 per month and reducing to $1,800/month.

The light is fantastic in this apartment. You can see the Empire State Building from the kitchen.

The apartment is centrally located and a block away from the 6 train.

Stainless steel appliances. Washer and dryers are located on the ground floor of the building and not in the basement. There is a live-in super who is amazing.
