Beautiful chocolate floors, washer/dryer in the apartment, two huge closets (one is a walk in).

I have kept the unit in pristine condition.

The building has an amazing rooftop, gym, lounge and the staff is lovely. There is also designated package room on the second floor. Building is pet friendly with a 24 hour doorman/valet services.
Steps from the Pier, South Street Seaport, the Hudson River. Incredible to be here in the Spring and Summer!

If you would like to stay after the four months is up the building will offer you a concession (discount on rent) to stay.

I will leave my chandelier installed if you want it. Same goes for bathroom wallpaper/floor paper if you want it. Otherwise I will remove.

You will need to have it uninstalled when you move out.
