- if pets, then first month's pet rent ($50 monthly rent per pet) plus one-time pet fee $250 per pet

In order to secure the rental property the approved applicant is required to place a deposit. The security deposit is the equivalent of one month's rent or the amount requested that reflects your credit application. Pets are okay with a nonrefundable pet fee. The resident is responsible for all utilities including Gas, Electric and Water, Sewer, and Trash. Utilities are not included in base rent pricing.
