If any college aged girls are looking for next semester housing I will be subleasing my room since I'm studying abroad :). It's located on University Drive right next to campus/the architecture and fashion building. It will be available after January 1st and rent is $550 plus electric & internet. It comes with a parking spot right next to the house. Right now I live with two other girls who are super sweet & easygoing. The bedroom would be unfurnished (as seen in the photos) but I also included what I did with the room so you can get an idea of the space :).
