I am subletting a newly renovated 1 Bed/1 Bath apartment unit, 722 C, at Rendezvous on North Bryant Avenue and Kickingbird Road. I recently renewed my lease for a newly renovated unit for the same price ($425 for rent, about $40 for utilities, and $11.99 for renters insurance), but I just moved in with my boyfriend and I am looking for a new tenant to take over my lease. The lease will start at your earliest convenience and ends July 31st of 2023. The apartment complex Rendezvous is over capacity at this time and cannot fill any other units, however, I am able to sublet apartment 722 C to a new tenant.

All apartment units have 4 beds/4 bath. There are currently 3 roommates that are women in their 20's. Each tenant has a private bedroom, closet, and bathroom. The only things that are shared are the kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, and balcony (on floor 2 of building 7).
