NOW PRE-LEASING 1 BEDROOM UNITS at Casa Mia - Pre-leasing is defined as renting apartments before the building is ready for people to move-in. With almost all of our 108 units being occupied, we re not exactly sure which apartments will be opening up. That being said, we will have a small number of units opening up in mid-May, with many other units opening up May 30th. Move-in dates range from mid-May to mid-August.

With our one-bedroom units, we have three different floor plans to chose from. With our two-bedroom units, we have two different floor plans. These floor plans can be seen in the images of the properties.

Rent is not paid until you move in to a unit. All units are all bills paid, including cable and internet, and this is true regardless of floor plan. There are no overages or caps on utilities. Laundry rooms are available on site, and parking is reserved. We are located one block east of campus and a block north of Eskimo Joes.
