Each apartment has an assigned parking space as well as extra parking for additional tenant vehicles. There is covered bicycle parking. Shared coin operated laundry is onsite. Water, sewer, garbage, and basic cable utility charge is $40 per month.

If you wish to apply for this property there are some things you should know.
Your net income (the amount you take home) must equal 3 times the monthly rent. If you are on section 8 you must take home 3 times your portion of the monthly rent. All forms of legal verifiable income are accepted.
Bank statements are not valid proof of income, we require current pay stubs, award letters, tax documents or other documents showing proof of ongoing income.
You must have a positive rental history of at least one year. We will conduct a credit, criminal, eviction history, and rental reference check. The full rental criteria is attached to your application.
