The Gem - Student Apartments - The Gem was designed with the student experience in mind. Several large common areas throughout the building promote community and student connection, while the private units allow residents to maintain their own space. A gym, study lounges with free printing and bike parking are just a few of the amenities available to residents. Located within steps of Oregon State University, The Gem is also a short walking distance from many restaurants, coffee shops, and public transit lines. Commute to campus in minutes!!
