You will be sharing the townhouse with 2 male professional both in late 20's. I am a system engineer and my roommate is a supply chain manager, both of us work at tech company.

I am renting out the single bedroom of my 3 bedroom townhouse. The bedroom will not be furnished. You will be sharing the bathroom in the hallway with another roommate.

Please be responsible and tidy on common areas. We are taking the time to find the ideal roommate. Lastly, can't allow any animals or pets inside the property.

Ideally, I am looking for one year lease, but I am open to negotiate length of lease.
