Rent for this apartment is $1,199/month, plus each tenant pays $40/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for common electric, trash/recycling and water/sewer.

We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1,199 partially-refundable security deposit ($150 is retained for carpet cleaning). No last month's rent deposit is required.
