Due to the pandemic, we are currently offering virtual tours only. We will be monitoring the situation closely and will provide in-person tours as soon as we can safely do so. We would love to show you around via FaceTime, Zoom or Skype along with sharing videos of our apartments and our neighborhood with you. We want to make finding a new home for you both simple and safe!

College Housing Northwest is a non-profit organization that provides convenient, below-market rate housing and services for students pursuing higher education in the Portland and Corvallis areas. Our properties are clean and comfortable, with controlled access and wide range of student focused support services. You must be enrolled at least half time in a higher education institution to be eligible for housing with CHNW.
