The home is currently rented, and we are only showing it to people who have applied and are approved, as we are trying to follow COVID social distancing protocols for our tenants. One or two cats are acceptable with pet rent of $35/pet/month. We will consider up to two dogs, also with pet rent, on a case-by-case basis (some breed restrictions apply) with pet rent of $35/pet/month. This is a smoke-free building, so no smoking within any of the units, on the decks, or within 30 feet of the building.
