The 2 bedroom home is approximately 850 sqft and rent is $1549/month, plus each tenant pays $40/month as a water/sewer/utility supplement. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills (lighting and heating) and any phone or Internet desired. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and water/sewer. We will require strong rental history, good credit, and a $1549 partially-refundable security deposit ($150 retained for carpet cleaning). No last month's rent deposit is required. One or two spayed or neutered cats or dogs are acceptable with pet rent ($35/mo each, some breed restrictions apply). No pet additional pet deposit required.
