This is a co-ed house and is for Undergraduate, Graduate, and International students. Graduate House is the house of a fraternal service organization (co-ed) called Sigma Pi Lambda and is focused on civic engagement and solving problems both surrounding our university and community alike. The house is an alcohol and illicit-drug free home, enabling the residents to focus on their education and growth. Events involving honorary members, alumni, parents, or other guests allows for the participants to celebrate with alcohol if they choose. Rent includes all utilities.
