Available space for rent in 3 bedroom apartment at The Heights at State College. Ground floor includes kitchen and living room furnished with dining table, chairs, couches, tables, and lamps. This floor also has a microwave, dish washer, in-house washer & dryer, as well as a ground floor bathroom open to all roommates. Second floor has two bedrooms including the available bedroom (Bedroom B). This room comes with a double sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and desk. It also has a walk-in closet and private bathroom with shower and tub. The top floor of the apartment is the last bedroom. I released my room early last fall but my plans for graduation have changed and I will no longer need the apartment during the next leasing period. However, because I released before The Heights increased their monthly rent, the rent will remain the original lower price as opposed to the new increased rent. On top of this I am willing to pay $1,100 (or $100 off every month's rent) as a lease takeover bonus. All utilities are included in rent besides electric, one roommate will be responsible for paying the electric bill and obtaining other roommates shares. There is also a mailbox in the parking lots, as well as large dumpsters and recycling bins for tenants to take out trash whenever needed. These apartments are close by a walking trail and only a few miles from UP campus and grocery stores. Residents are also given free CATA bus passes while living at The Heights so you can still get around without a car. There is also a basketball court and clubhouse in the community with a pool and gym for residents to use. The roommates I lived with during my leasing period will still be there during this one. They are very kind and welcoming and kept the shared spaces neat. They also did not miss an electric payment, as I was in charge of paying the full bill and then getting their shares. If you are looking for a quality apartment with a lot of private space, this is a great option for a low price in comparison to surrounding apartments. The apartments come furnished with pretty much everything you would need, and are located in a great spot in the middle of the State College community! *Please understand taking over the lease of this apartment means taking over for the FULL leasing period, not just a few months as I am unable to do this due to The Heights policies. Please do not contact me regarding housing for only the fall semester as I am unable to do so. If you are looking for only the fall semester but are still interested in the apartment you could take the full lease and try to sublet it after the semester is over.
