About Sublease at Maxxen
I'm looking to sublet my room in a 2bed/2bath apartment in The Maxxen. The other room will be empty. It's in a prime location downtown, has tons of amenities, and a washer/dryer in-unit. I already paid for May, and other months are negotiable. Note that I pay $1699 a month.
