I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Canyon Apartments for the 2024 spring semester. The apartment is the "1x1 A Cedarbrook unit" that can house two persons. It is fully furnished with Wi-Fi, electricity, water/gas as well as cooled air and heating included in the monthly rent. You would also have full access the The Canyon's amenities, including a fitness room, study lounge, computer lab, laundry facilities and 24/7 maintenance. Since this would be a subletting contract, you would have the benefit of taking over my current lease terms, which are much lower than the current market prices for the apartment. My lease contract contains a monthly rent of $2,092 (instead of $2,298$/month) and a parking spot of 150$/month (instead of 195$/month).
