We have a lovely one-bedroom apartment rent for a September move-in date.
Just so you can get an idea of our lovely apartment homes.

As of right now, the units are currently on the market for $1000- heating, water, sewer, and trash are included in the monthly rent. We have a small laundry room on-site for convenience.

Pets are allowed with a monthly fee of $35.00 per pet with up to two pets only. We do have a breed restriction at this location.
