About Private Room at Drexel
Hi! I'm looking to sublet my room in a 4 bed/2 bath 3rd floor apartment at 33rd and Arch. It's a private room with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living space (brand new washer and dryer outside the room). There are 3 other people (all women) living there right now, and a woman would be preferred.
Lease length: late Nov/early Dec - late Aug
Rent: $930/month (includes water charge) - potentially flexible
Electric: ranges but around $30-60
WiFi: around $11/month
