The building is mostly graduate and international students but does have some undergraduates. I am willing to leave my furniture so it’s furnished. My roommate is staying, she’s 21F. There is a shared living room, kitchen, and small balcony, but each person has a private bed and bath. There's a parking garage, electronic key entrance, an Amazon hub, small inside courtyard, and manger on site. I also pay 150/mo for a parking spot.

I’ve been here over a year and I’ve never had a real problem. Management is kind and attentive, building is safe all things considered, and it’s very quiet. I would stay if I wasn’t going back to my hometown!
