I am looking for someone to take over my lease at University Village in Clemson. The rent is $594 a month. It is a nice, fully furnished townhouse and you get your own bedroom and bathroom. You will share a living room and a kitchen with three other roommates. I am moving out on April 29, 2024 so the apartment will be available as soon as you complete your application and paperwork. The apartment is 10 minutes from Clemson University and 6 minutes from Southern Wesleyan University. The Cat Bus stops by every 15 - 30 minutes and the bus stop is a short walk from the apartment. The complex comes with 2 pools, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, and a dog park. There is also a free workout room for residents to use as well as a free printer and tanning bed.
