I am looking for someone to take over my lease for one room in a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom apartment for the 2021-2022 year! The start of the lease is 7/29/2021 and ends 7/25/2022. The room is non-furnished and has its own bathroom and closet. The rent is $689/month which includes trash collection and the water and electricity is split between you and two other roommates. The average for the utilities is about $70/month for each person. The Collective is a gated community with a pool and clubhouse. For parking there is a free parking pass that you would need to get for your car. There is a bus that drive through the community and the routes can be found on the Collective website. The apartment is very close to campus and is close to downtown as well. My lease now goes through 7/28/2021, but I will be moved out before you move in for the new year. To add with this my roommate now is leaving as well so there is another room available in the apartment!
