About University Village Clemson
I am looking for someone to take over my lease at the University Village. You will have your own bedroom and own bathroom with a walk-in closet, a huge kitchen and a huge living room in a 4 bedroom/4.5 bathroom townhouse. The rent is all inclusive of the electricity water, wifi and other utilities so it's a really great price! The lease ends in May 2021 so you can move out right after the semester ends. It's a really good price and I am willing to take $100 off for every month's rent until the lease is up!
