The monthly rent is only 385 and utilities are usually 20 to 30 bucks. You get your own bathroom and closet. No pets
You'll have your own bed room space and bathroom, and the water bill is the only extra charge but it's usually about $25 a month. Comes with high speed internet, and ethernet connection along with a walk in closet. There are two pools and a club house that is open to residents anytime. Oh and you have in unit washer and dryer!
