The Apartment: The 2nd floor bedroom is available w/ private bathroom in this large, newly-renovated, 3 story, quadruplex apartment in West Ashley (just across the bridge from MUSC) in Charleston, SC. The room includes a full closet, a small private porch attached to the room, ceiling fan, and a stand alone shower. The apartment includes central AC/heating, full kitchen w/ dishwasher, internet, and washer/drier. Street parking available. Utilities - water, electric, and wi-fi are approximately $60-80 per person per month (depending on the season). We like to keep the apartment at roughly 69 degrees in the winter and 75 degrees in the summer. The apartment does include a no pet policy. The Location: The apartment is ideally located near the South Windermere Shopping Center, within walking distance to Earth Fare, Normandy Farms Bakery, Urban Nirvana, Half-Moon Outfitters, health/fitness facilities, public library, and much, much more. The Roommates: 2 females, both in their mid-20s with careers in health & fitness. Both living on the 3rd floor of the apartment. You: Looking for a respectful, clean, kind female roommate who is responsible about rent and bills (we split everything 1/3 each for utilities + common supplies such as paper towels, dish detergent, etc.). Perfect for a College of Charleston or MUSC undergrad, young professional, or grad student who does not party late or let people sleep over without roommate's permission.
