About Moving and need a Subletter
Valley Falls Apartments. Built July 2021. 6 months left on lease. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. One private bedroom with en suite bathroom on second floor. Shared apartment with two female roommates. Living room and kitchen is shared space. All utilities and wi-fi included in the rent. You will need to apply with the main office and pass their checks in order to take over lease. If submitted and approved before Dec. 10, we will give $300 toward moving cost.
