Two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms! A Master bedroom with a Queen size bed, ensuite master bathroom, reading nook and TV. A Guest bedroom with a Queen size bed, ensuite bathroom and TV. All bedrooms feature luxurious linens and storage space.

A beautifully designed and comfortable living room with a large HDTV and a gas fireplace for your enjoyment.

A fully-equipped modern kitchen with the latest high-end appliances to satisfy all of your cooking and entertaining needs. Enjoy your morning coffee and meals at the table surrounded by windows with natural light and overlooking the private courtyard.

Outdoor Space:
Sit in our porch swing on the second floor and enjoy the beautiful Charleston weather or relax in our wonderful, private courtyard with fountain. The home is accessed by a private door leading into the courtyard area.

Amenities include: Wireless internet, Washer and Dryer, and one off-street parking spot with ability to receive parking pass for second car occasionally. Utilities are included in the rental price. **Pets are not permitted.

Our house is situated in the quiet and charming downtown neighborhood of Radcliffeborough. Nestled between the Medical University and upper-King street, this neighborhood is conveniently located to provide easy access to all the best restaurants, shops and nightlife. There's plenty to keep you entertained here day and night, with many art galleries, cafe´s, restaurants and bars. Go for a stroll in the day and enjoy the people watching, followed by a cocktail in one of the many trendy bars and perhaps then a live music gig. This is a great place to stay if you want to be close to the best entertainment and nightlife Charleston has to offer! If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of King Street, we also recommend wandering around our neighborhood to discover the area's cozy bars, gourmet restaurants and unique shops.
