About 1br with private bath in 2br-2bth apartment
I have a private 1br-1bth Douglas Heights lease that I want to get out of signed for $785 on Aug 13th start. This is part of the 2br-2bth unit (also all of 2br are currently sold out). This is a professional managed property located in downtown Chattanooga with long list of amenities on-site that is why I signed a contract 9months ago.
