Looking for someone to take over my room in a super cute and spacious three bedroom, three bath apartment at 811 East, located in downtown Knoxville. The location is perfect for exploring downtown Knoxville and very close (5 mins) to UTK. 811 East is a great summer spot with a very popular pool, rooftop lounge, gym, amenities room, theater room, dog washing station, and free tanning bed!

The room available is highlighted in red and is a great space for any summer intern. Will have female roommate (plus a very sweet old cat) in the farthest bedroom who is amazing and will be busy studying to take the July bar. The middle bedroom is a shared space and used as an office/guest space/etc. Apartment will also come with washer and dryer. Females only please.

Dates: May (flexible) - July 31st
Rent: $1800 total (Split halfway with roommate for $900)
