Looking to sublet my Juno Deluxe 2x2 bedroom for the Spring 2024 semester (lease ends 5/17/24, I'll be leaving December 16th), as I'll be pursuing my education elsewhere. Northside is a stone's throw away from UT Dallas, and there are multiple restaurants, a Starbucks, and a 7-Eleven located within walking distance of the apartment. It's a two bedroom apartment; you'll be sharing the place with a male 19 year old student from Bangladesh, but bedrooms come with their own walk-in closets and bathrooms, so you'll have plenty of privacy.
