The Basics:
-earliest move-in available 8/21, but sub-let can begin 9/01

-Pictures show the living room, overall floorplan, one of bedrooms when furnished, & both bedrooms when empty. Will add more of kitchen/bathroom later on if necessary, and happy to send more pictures to those interested.
-Location: third floor apartment at the Duval Villa Apartment Complex (Duval and 43rd)

-Rent: $1764/month (Surrounding units are leased at $2000/month, so this is a great deal! I've lived in this apartment for years, so the rent has been kept lower than usual.)
-Utilities run $40 in winter, and $60-80 in summer
-Renter's insurance required by complex
-Due at signing to previous tenant: 1-time security deposit of $1650 and application fee ($40)

I'm the current lease holder that has lived in the complex since 2015, and in this particular apartment since 2018. I can vouch that the maintenance is timely and the apartment/management has been a good place over the years. The only reason I'm leaving is because I have gotten a job out of state and have to move by August 20.

If you're interested in taking over the lease, you would be signed on to it and I would be removed so that you would have total control over the account. This process would be done via the apartment's main office, hence the application fee.
