Subletting my apartment for the next 3-5 months. It's a 1br/1ba studio apartment in Central Austin, very quaint & perfect efficiency size for a single person. The maintenance and management crew is very good, all amenities fully functioning and sublet will be held under contract. I have lived here 5 years with no problems.

I am NOT offering lease takeover. I suffered an injury that requires surgery and for financial reasons need to move back in with family during my recovery, but I intend to return and take back over my lease on return.

Dates are flexible. Date range can be anywhere between 3-5 months. Only looking to connect with people who seem genuinely interested and reliable.
