This is a one bedroom apartment at 34th and Helms st. in walking distance from the law school, in lower Hyde Park, with a little balcony on the front. I'm moving out for the summer and fall semesters.

The apartment is for $900 a month and is fully furnished with everything you'd need for the semester. This price includes electricity, internet, water, and rent. The apartment complex has a laundry room with washers and dryers that are $1.50 a pop. The apartment has adjustable heating and A/C.

The neighborhood is incredibly safe, friendly, green, and quiet, but also very accessible. Nearby bus lines run to campus, downtown Austin, and up to the Domain (including the dedicated bus lane on Guadalupe st.), and there are grocery stores (10 min walk to Wheatsville Co-op and a 20 min walk to HEB), bars, cafes, restaurants, music venues, parks, and thrift shops all within a fifteen minute walk. I've lived in Austin happily without a car since I moved here in August 2021! Note that pets may be allowed for an additional cost and cleaning fee at the end.
