Hello! I am looking to sublease room B1 in a 2x2 at Torre Apartments from May 1st 2023 - July 31st (end of the lease).

The apartment is located on 2020 Nueces Street, Austin, TX 78705.
The base rent CAN be negotiated since it is a shared apartment, rent includes all utilities aside from water and electricity (which is about $20-$40 per person).
