- large patio area + grill located in the center of the apartment complex
- slide in the lobby
- gym

The apartment includes:
- washer and a dryer
- free cable + tv in each room
- great view from the top floor of West Austin
- rooftop patio

The apartment is available from May 2 to August 2. The rent is $1050 per month but is negotiable. 

Note: two of my other roommates are also subleasing their rooms if you are interested in subleasing multiple rooms.
